CRABS AND LOBSTERS.
Remarks: Lobsters are good the year round, but are preferable between March and
October. The meat of the male is the most solid, but the female is generally
preferred on account of the eggs, which are used for sauce and garnishing.
Contrary to general belief all the parts of a lobster are good and nutritious,
