Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe

1 1/2 cups per tblspn; calories; 20 fat; trace sodium; .6mg cholesterol; 0 mgs

3/4 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 tblspn cornstarch
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoon garlic minced
1 tblspn ginger chopped optional
1/4 cup scallions chopped

combine water sugar vinegar and cornstarch in saucepan stir
add ketchup garlic and ginger bring to boil stirring
cook until thickens remove from heat
add scallions
